Our services include expertise and guidance for our clients, encompassing installation, support and training, and on-site system validation.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our commercial team.
Sales Administration and Administrative Responsibilities
Responding to incoming customer inquiries
Preparing standard quotations
Supporting the marketing team in organizing conferences (preparing mailings, etc.)
Assisting the logistics coordinator with shipments (communicating shipment details to customers).
Liaising with our international distributors and agents.
Managing annual maintenance contract sales.
Contributing to the transfer, validation, and maintenance of data in a new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should hold a Bac+2 degree, be a recent graduate or have some initial experience. He/She must be autonomous, dynamic, highly organized, and proficient in using digital tools. Operational English skills are required.
